What should I do if I’m not satisfied with a product?
If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase please contact us within ten days of receiving the product. Depending on the product will determine the action taken.
Please do not send anything back to Israel before receiving an Authorization Code and Returns Form from www.artsncraftsisrael.com
* In order to receive a refund, credit or exchange an Authorization Code is always required.
* The shipping costs back to Israel will be at the customer's expense if there is no mistake in size or if the product has not arrived damaged.
* Any custom fees applied on return to Israel may be deducted from the value of the product. (There are usually none, however we are unable to gurantee).
What should I do if a product arrives damaged?
We will take all measures possible to ensure that all products will arrive in good condition. However, if a product does arrive damaged please contact us to let us know within ten days of receiving the order.
If possible, we would be very grateful for a picture of the damaged product to see if there is anyway that we can avoid the same thing happening again in the future.
In most cases a refund, credit coupon or replacement will be issued for the product.
Depending on the circumstances a coupon may be issued to use at www.artsncraftsisrael.com for the shipping costs back to Israel.
In order to receive an exchange, credit coupon or refund www.artsncraftsisrael.com must be informed of any issues regarding the products within a maximum of 14 days from the date the package arrived.
